Awhile ago I used all of the solder that came with these spools. I couldn't throw the spools away- they were nice eye candy...I cut them in half with the hand saw and drilled holes in the drift wood to attach them. The xylophone mallets paired nicely with the spools. These little hooks will be up on my etsy shop soon! You can click on my etsy shop through my website:

License Plate Flower Box
Yesterday I wanted to take some flowers to Marcke and Laura at Gallery Wine who are selling some of my furniture/art. I made this little box covered with old cut up license plates to hold the flowers. Some scrap wood, screws, nails and a bit of black spray paint as a base color. Pretty easy for anyone to do..Thanks Retta for the license!! You'll be seeing more of them!
