Home made wall art...

My good friend's teenage daughter loves Audrey Hepburn.   So we made some Hepburn homemade wall for her Christmas gift.   I printed off images onto vintage paper, painted and stained old picture frames.  Pictures below are the work in progress... Still drying and need to fix frame.  I already had all of these supplies so did not need to spend a dime!

For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.

ladder christmas tree

This year for our artsy fartsy, repurposed Christmas tree we used our good old ladder.   Kids Had fun sprucing it up today.   The first two images below are via Pinterest. The last image is our ladder tree (with half way finished claw foot couch next to it.... To heavy for me to move out of pic!)

Courage is the ladder on which all the other virtues mount.
